Tulsi Gabbard is the latest to instruct Federal employees underneath her to ignore the OPM/DOGE/Musk email about what they did last week.

I sense this may also be stay out of my territory messages from some Trump appointees for DOGE also.

Dude, I just rewashed highlight of that weird press conference with Trump and Musk and the 4 year old.  That is some crazy, funny surreal shit.  That shit is going to go down in history when they talk about this clusterfuck of a presidency.  Do you think Musk would tolerate his employees showing up to a press conference with an unruly 4 year old telling him to shit the hell up?  And that 4 year old didn't even get a mean tweet from that thin skinned orange guy?  Republican sycophants need to hire little "X" to show them how to grow a spine!

Having worked in California state government for five years, there is a tremendous amount of waste, inefficiency, and sometimes corruption in government. Trying to ferret it out and reduce it is almost an insurmountable task.

I don't condone violence but I think someone or an organization will try to "take out" Musk by the end of the year. His arrogance pisses a lot of people off.

Let me say this sloooowly

Workers are held accountable by their managers.

Their managers are familiar with their job functions and metrics.

Managers are the only ones who have the specifics to judge how well and employee is actually performing.

Anything else is inefficient micro fucking management.

Micromanagement creates inefficiency and poor morale for entire departments.

Micromanagement impairs efficiently and positive outcomes.

I hope those big words weren't too much but if they were, go ahead and Google them. You can use that as one of your 5 bullet points for what you learned on the board this week

They want to create bad morale and inefficiency so the workers will quit and they can reform the gov't towards their vision. I just can't figure out what that vision really is and am frankly unsure that they know either.

My response was mainly towards the fucktards who were trying to claim this as a measure of accountability 

I think the ultimate goal is to minimize where tax dollars can go to maximize the flow to the robber barons
