He's never been a public servant. It's his boards who manage SX and Tesla. He has neither experience, much less, nor thequalifications to be doing what his doing. The DOGE is a sham. 

Also, it's not hard to connect the dots. Hiring freeze, retirement offers, disruption of public benefits. His team is "analyzing" the benefits and pensions of federal employees and retirees. No rational person will be shocked when pensions are frozen, benefits reduced etc.

The problem is this thing called the Constitution.  Want to defund USAid fine.  Submit a bill in Congress to disband it.  I may or may not agree with the policy change but elections have consequences and the Constitution allows for it.  
 

Doge is just a shift to authoritarianism which I get you applaud.

They are going to nuke the Department of Education, and probably the the Department of Energy next.

What is fantastic is that the Democrat party has been using the Federal bureaucracy to institutionalize  their policies and advance their agenda when they are in and out of power, and Trump is neutering it. No other Republican would have ever come close to doing this, in fact most other republican presidents would have been to cowardly to confront the bureaucratic overlords. 

The federal government is going to look a lot different in 4 years. The days of the unconstitutional bureaucratic branch of the government controlled by the democrats are over.
