I mean, I don't like the Democratic party, but I'm wondering what they could actually do after they shat the bed so thoroughly in the 2024 election cycle. Quote

When there is a will, there is a way. The D's have zero fckn will. The D's tend to play "nice" - R's say "F it, we will burn it down" Quote

Losing 77M to 78MM or by approx 1% isn't the bed shitting everyone is making it out to be. The way everyone is describing it, we just had a Reagan 1984 blowout lol. Quote

They let Donald fucking Trump win another term in the White House while also losing the Senate and allowing the GOP to keep the House. That's bed and pants shitting. 2 Quote

With the polarization and the way most states stick to D or R, the chances of a Regan *0/84 or JBJ 64 landslide is almost impossible Then factor in that both major parties are losing voter registration means it's harder to see which way the non-affiliated voters will go..............and as we've seen in several states, there's a boat load of voters that go R/D/R/D down the ballot Here in NV the state went R for the LOSS, while returning a D US senators, all four Hose seats went to incumbents (3D 1R) & Dems kept majorities on both houses of the state legislature. where we have R Gov, R Lt Gov, D AG, D SoS Quote
InnZoneU Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Yeah. It's getting a lot worse than people thought Project 2025 was going to be. Elon's goon squad lol. Quote

They badly lost with minorities and the working class which used to be their bedrock. They tried to capture the middle and lost their base. If they had stuck to their base we'd be having a different conversation. Add there's also the fact that it's not just 1% it's more like 3 since Trump has lost the popular vote and only carried the EC. The swing was more the a 1% loss and difference, it was much bigger.
