You can buy a whole chicken at Costco for 5 bucks and take all the meat off the bones and make sandwiches and add it to other dishes like pasta. Pasta dishes are cheap, and you can add vegetables to them. You can buy two baguettes again at Costco and make a somewhat healthy pizza. Enough for two days. Find a deal on budget cut meats and make beef stroganoff and add a vegetable. Greek salad isn't too bad on the wallet. I eat a lot of salsa, which is extremely healthy, with whole grain chips for snacking. Great value salsa is cheap. Mix in a yogurt. Add cauliflower rice to any dish. Some veggie burgers are pretty tasty. Dont get me wrong, I like regular ones too. Homemade burritos. Add a side. There are plenty of options if you're willing to put in the effort. Go online and look at budget-friendly dishes. 2 Quote

Heading there now. Stay in your lane. If you break it down per serving, most of it is under 2 dollars. I eat chips and salsa and mix in a yogurt all the time. And Taco Bell sucks!! Hope your exercising. Quote

So you live in one of the closest parts of wyoming to a costco, with a journey that costs 30 dollars in gas money, something like 45 bucks in lost work time, for a store that costs 50 bucks before you can buy anything. yeah dog. that's way cheaper than getting a #2 meal at taco johns. 1 1 Quote

It cost about 8 dollars round trip for gas. And those meals include left-overs so you get multiple meals. And what lost work time are you talking about? Your reaching. But you do you. We also have a local grocery store. Quote

The AA idiot saw that I posted it is more expensive to eat healthy than unhealthy (something EVERYONE has known for ever and the main driver of obesity), and is now on a mission to be wrong about everything. Everything is personal for this assclown. I mean I could post thousands of links showing this to be the case, but there is no point. 3 1 Quote

So it didn't cost even close to $30 for gas as you claim or $50 before I got there. 🤣🤣🤣 What does your crystal ball say about what type of car I drive? 🤣🤣🤣 I'm also in Idaho Falls for other reasons besides Costco and I don't grocery shop there. I picked up a whole chicken and some baguettes and allergy medication. But you should know that, because you know everything. 🤣🤣 Quote
