I can't imagine the Potomac is very warm this time of year, anyone who survived probably plunged in to freezing water, I read the aircraft was only 25 feet above the water when it collided with the blackhawk although I don't know how accurate that is.

My company's CEO isn't too terribly far away on the Potomac and it happened while we were on a call tonight.

A few of my very close friends went to Georgetown and I'd fly in to DCA a lot, the descent is one of a kind.

Army confirms 3 soldiers in Blackhawk (none high-ranking).

60 passengers and 4 crew on AA5342.

Doesn’t seem like high probability to survive that crash.

Drunk Pete is how many whiskeys deep at this hour?

He was apparently on Fox ranting about DEI.

My liberal wife thinks the same, who was on the plane?

edit: not the DEI bullshit, but an army helicopter colliding with a commercial airliner.
