I wouldn't quite call her hot but definitely well within the boinkable range and her fiesty attitude is a plus for me!

We will see about Kevin, when UNLV students start wearing Nepo Baby shirts to games that's definitely a terrible sign.

Maybe it was her just being such an angry mom with claws that turned me on .. plus I heard it was kind of sexy when she said fuck in her Provo accent

Will they or won't they learn their lesson this time.  1.5 decades down the shitter w/ Rice, Menzies, TJ Otz, and Krugie Jr.......please just pay-up to hire a proven winner this time. No more 'lets wait 3-5 years and see'  fking LOSERS

Thank god football has marketed UNLV the last two years and proved you can turnaround this program overnight with a winner that can recruit.

Like Tark said, you only need 8 great players and 4 more to cheer like crazy. Convince DJ to stick around for 1 more year, and RAVAGE the portal and we're in the Sweet-16.

That's ALL it fuggin takes!!!! ITs SOOOO SIMPLE

No more experimental and first-time coaches.  UCLA isn't hiring first-timers. We shouldn't either.

THE FANS ARE NOT STUPID!

Rick Pitino has st john's ranked and on course for an at large. That program hasn't been good in forever. They should have made it last year in year ONE under Pitino.

It's not rocket science.

Everyone knew he would. Why hasn't UNLV figured that out? I think AD EH has.

I’m not sure who is out there.

Not a lot..

I guess we'll have to wait and see who gets fired from the big conferences...

I like the guy at UCSB but I think Harper will want someone who has a lot of experience and has won in bigger conferences

The only names that jump at me is Huggie Bear ogr John Belien (or however you spell his name)

They can't continue to play in a 18K arena unless they either a) invest in the program and get that shit filled back up or b) say uncle and play in the Cox.  It's not feasible, it looks terrible and I'm sure it doesn't really help the kids on the team playing in an empty arena to a crowd that probably just got some free tickets from the guy they know at work.

So either hire a coach and invest or just tear down the T&M and maybe look at putting a FB stadium there lol.

At this point, I'm note sure why UNLV even sells tickets in the upper deck of the T&M -- Bring ticket prices down & seat everyone in the lower bowl

I agree the optics at the Mack suck currently and you better believe that affects both how the players feel/compete and how viewers perceive the program.

Environment is so important in college sports. Your featured athletes are hyper impressionable and competitive young adults. They're gonna match the energy in the room.

When there's no energy to draw from...you get head scratching losses.

The good news is environment can be quickly fixed with either a venue change (going smaller but fuller) or some common sense fixes at the Mack (cheaper tix, block off the upper deck with black tarp, and get a DJ/promoter in there (no, not Chet) that keeps people hyped). Think how the Knights use their DJ.

It can be done but the cavernous Mack is making it more challenging at the present moment.

It used to be a bit difficult sneaking into the good seats as ushers would ask to see tickets before letting you enter. Nowadays there often aren't even ushers around, and they never bother to check.

I get upper deck season tix and usually sit 10-15 rows behind the UNLV bench when I venture to games, right around where Lon sits. A few times this year I was right behind the bench.

At this point when the arena is 80 percent or more empty every night, they should just sell general admission tickets and let everyone sit as close as they like.

A bunch of those empty lower seat are sold out as season tickets. Yeah you can move into them no problem as many people hardly ever show up. While trying to generate income they can’t just sell tickets for next to nothing or the season ticket holders will stop buying season tickets and just go into buying cheap tickets whenever they plan to go. So yes it looks bad but it is still generating income which is the most important thing. Once a good coach is hired and we start playing real basketball again it will still take a few years to get people coming again. Most basketball fans are from Missouri nowadays.

We've only had three HCs since 1983, and the last two retired there.  I think it was @Ernie Baer who said our stability is because the coaches found that sweet spot of winning enough to get good recruits - all three have at least two NCAA bids and one NBA Draft pick to their credit - but not so much as to attract bigger programs.  And successful HCs usually don't leave THAT location for other jobs, regardless of sport.

It would be hard to leave IV.  Some of the best times of my life were the UNLV games in the late 80s, rolling kegs down DP and noshing at Woodstocks.

I've only been to SB twice and I could see why people wouldn't want to leave, I was hoping they'd have the major for my son that he wanted to study but sadly they don't. Neither does Irvine which is also a disappointment

Yeah I've seen him at numerous VGK games, as well as HSK and the Knight Hawks down at Lee's family forum.  I think I also saw the weenie at a desert dogs game.
