He's up for adoption, as well. He needs to be an outside cat, though. Most of the time. This cat has more personality that I've ever seen in a cat. Insane. He likes to pee on things, at times, so that why he needs to be outside, safe outside. My sister is going to be adopting them out. 3 Quote

Ages 1+ to 15. Youngest and oldest were just cat wrasslin’. We’ve always had cats. Great additions to home. Maybe when we get another, I’ll name it Convert or Unicorn. Of course, they’ll have nicknames so Connie or Uni or something. Fishhook Ollie (1+) is quite spoiled. From a few days back in his extra room. Usually just call him Ollie or shittenpants or worse. 3 1 Quote

Our parking lot adopted cat is Oliver, goes by Kitty, but is sometimes know as Cathole. Love him even when he’s being the latter. 1 1 Quote

Fishhook Ollie was found in a farm field about 10m south of us at around 7 weeks old w/a fishhook in his mouth. Got rescued to a vet place my middle daughter was working at. Great cat. Two others are nicknamed Fatty (Roxy) and Alley Kat (Kali). The three dogs all have alt. names, too. Youngest (Tucker) just gets called Weirdo. 1 1 1 Quote

SleepingGiantFan Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Our cat White Sox ran for President in 2016 when he was a kitten. Although he got just one vote (mine), two of our friends who voted for Trump have since said that White Sox would have been a better President. Hang in there, Convert, we're all pulling for you. 1 1 Quote
Nevada Convert Posted February 5 Author Posted February 5 Buddy Bear taking on a fox on the hill above my house in Fort Collins about 2012. I was right down the street from Horsetooth Reservoir. A fire almost got my house once. The Fox was coming down the hill after my two small cats in the yeard I was watching over while letting them outside. Buddy ran up the hill to head him off. I made a noise which temporarily distracted the two, but then the Fox tried to go around Buddy, and Buddy tackled him and made him run away. He was a big sweet ex-street brawler that I adopted at the NV Energy building that I was working at in Reno. 2 2 1 Quote
Nevada Convert Posted February 5 Author Posted February 5 I got to know Miki Delp, and she sent me some personal photographs of her ex-husband Brad Delp, the lead singer of Boston. She wouldn't care if I shared these. 1 1 Quote
Nevada Convert Posted February 5 Author Posted February 5 David Kronmeyers studio. Even has an original Beatles drum fit played at the Greek Theater. He used to be the President of Atlantic and Capital Records in the 80's. I got to know him through some amp sales. 3 Quote

Nevada Convert Posted February 5 Author Posted February 5 In 1980, Peter Frampton lost his rare Ampeg Echo Twin 1-A in a plane crash in Brazil. In 1997, Frampton was an endorsor for my friends Mojave Ampworks line of guitar amps. I started looking for one. In a small amp shop in a small town in northern Canada I found one for only $300. I couldn'y believe it. I overnighted it to Victor to restore it. Peter was doing cartwheels he was so happy. This is that swirling guitar sound on the legendary live album Frampton Comes Alive. I later found one for myself, and this is exactly the rare one Peter still has: 2 Quote
