SleepingGiantFan Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 For those who like streaky coaches, Narduzzi's your man. Started 7-0 this season then lost out to finish 7-6. Had two 4-game losing streaks in 2023. Finished 2022 with a 5-game winning streak. Finished 2021 winning his last 10 regular season games. Started 2020 by winning his first three then lost the next four. If anybody here follows Pitt, I'd be curious to hear what you think of the guy. Quote
Beaver-Poke Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 Any coach who walks off the field without shaking hands with the opposing coach (even if it's a driveby handshake) like he did yesterday after losing to Toledo is a complete dick. 3 1 Quote
death Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 I don't really follow Pitt so when they were 7-0 it was kind of surprising. Somehow they destroyed a good Syracuse team but then they collapsed to even out back to average 7-6 Pitt. Quote

From what I read on their Reddit, Pitt sounds like a lot of schools where they are tired of him but the school's financial situation and his contract make it really hard to get rid of him. Basically, he probably peaked with the Kenny Pickett season but unless they turn into total dogshit he's good for awhile. 1 Quote
Rebelcuff Posted December 27, 2024 Posted December 27, 2024 Plenty of talent in Pennsylvania for Pitt to be good, but Pitt doesn't have the nil that Ohio State or Penn State has. Quote
