That's because most on ACA are in high risk groups that Insurers won't cover.

My wife has worked as a hospital social worker for the better part of 35 years. Long time with transplant patients (hearts and lungs), now with juvenile CF patients. One of her main roles is dealing with insurance companies. She’s said more than once that ACA has saved lives.

Classic liberal smugness. But here’s the truth: people hated how Obamacare was forced on us, higher premiums, worse coverage, and government overreach. Trump supporters wanted real reform, not a broken system with a different label.
