Western military experts are exasperated by this. Those arms and men should be replacing losses in established hardened units. Zelensky deciding his already thin being battered lines could afford an incursion into Kursk, thus allowing rapid Russian advances in the South East...sucks. halfmanhalfbronco Posted January 4 Author Posted January 4 Pokrovsk is about to fall. Western analysts from OSINT have said for months now if Pokrovsk falls, maintaining the supply lines to Ukrainian troops in the South East will be impossible. It means rapid, sweeping advances by RU. Trump can't get into office soon enough. This war needs to end the hot stage so we can start rebuilding Ukraine

Lol... multiple times And everything I am posting is coming from sources of repute. I know It is hard to come to grips with the fact many were misled by Ukrainian propaganda supported by the West. But the facts are facts. Ukraine is suffering massive disadvantages and they have been taking a toll for a long while. Ukrainian leadership, interviewed by Western media sources of repute spell a dark, unwinnable war. There is no chance, at all, of reclaiming the lost territory. Do you disagree? Post why

They can't. That is the consensus from OISNT and other experts. They don't have the fucking men. They have had their position degraded the past year. This is fucking fact. Not up for debate. They are about to lose their most critical city and have supply chains severed from it. Speaking truth doesn't make me whatever you are trying to make me. It makes me the only poster here who is actually following this daily

The fact is Ukraine is losing territory, their drones have helped slow RU advancement but the back and forth drone war is causing insane mental damage. Ukraine is losing territory by the day. I am the only person here actually spending the time to be educated on the theatre. 1

Only that they will continue to lose territory at an ever increasing pace as they don't have the men or morale to continue this war of attrition, and they could have argued from a stronger position earlier. Russia DOES have the upper hand right now. Same reason Zelensky is willing to give up his demands. The war is horrific for both countries. AND I would venture the instable and insane idiot entering the White House adds some impetus for both, as well. Ukraine is suffering more than Russia. That is not debatable. The war is being fought on their soil. But that's not what's happening. It is the same basement-to-basement struggle for hundreds of meters in trade for hundreds of RU lives. RU only makes progress when they Fury Road the shit out of a given salient, sending company strength troops on motorcycles. But logistical resupply has been a major issue. In fact, Ukraine has been highly effective targeting both logisitical and command and control hubs. RU's tactical efficiency continues to suffer due to losses in key military leadership positions. Just today, Ukraine struck RU's largest maritime trading port and an oil refinery in St. Petersburg. Each time a logistical hub is struck far behind the front lines, RU's - and especially Putin's - position is further weakened. Despite RU's slow and steady gains on the battlefield, Putin's position is remarkably weaker than it was even a year ago. I don't think Trump succeeds in halting the fighting, either. I think Trump really wants to be credited with ending this war, but I'm guessing any effort falls short of both Ukrainian and Russian minimum requirements. And if/when it does not succeed, it's as likely Trump ramps up aid to Ukraine as it is he tried to wind it down.

When it was being debated if we should offer Ukraine NATO membership you said something along the lines of that is how we got here in the first place
