Fisher Camac will be difficult to replace but Landen Thomas might be the one to do it. Caden Chittenden is another one that will be hard to replace.

We'll have to see how all the pieces fit together but its a nice feeling seeing P4 transfers coming in pretty much every day. With Odom and Marion stealing recruits and tanking our recruiting class we're gonna need a lot of bodies.

Yeah - UNLV getting guy from Power programs

Seeing Washington St load up on FCS guy from SD ST. which at least is a top FCS program

Last year UNLV had two FCS guys competing for the starting QB job. This year they got two P4 guys. I'm excited to see what these dudes can do at this level.

According to Michigan fans, Orji is not a good passer, he is a RB under center. We’ll see, I guess.

It’s an interesting dilemma, is it better to get P4 transfers who didn’t pan out or  G4/FCS transfers who were successful. After Choate’s crop of transfers last year, he said he’s looking more at moveup’s who are excited to be there.

Will be interesting to see how it works for everyone.

If you squint really hard and smoke a ton of weed after a night of binge drinking Colandrea/Orji look like the Leak/Tebow duo who Mullen won a championship with at Florida back during the Urban Meyer days. 🤡

The Michigan dude I work with actually said UNLV should go after Orji back when we still had Marion as OC because he was convinced he'd run for 1000+ yards in the MW. After seeing Sluka and Hajj miss wide open receivers last season I'm curious how bad Orji could really be compared to what we rolled out.

Think it's a bit of both...........Like the former 5* mega recruit QB Malachi Nelson who went from all-everything HS recruit to USC........to BSU .......to UTEP

Either he was overrated coming out of HS or he just didn't convert to the next level

Same with guys going from small D-1 or FCS programs to bigger D-1 programs ...... could be simple recruiting rating misses or guys stuck behind 2 other 5* recruits and they want to get on the field

Same as why do a lot of Heisman winners end up being duds in the NFL while a guy from Northern Iowa University go from undrafted to Arena Football League to being the QB of one of the best offenses the NFL ever saw as a St Louis Ram (Kurt Warner)

Or the guy who might be the best QB in the NFl came out of Wyoming (Josh Allen) while Boise St has won for a couple of decades and never had a QB really make it in the NFL......the best BSU QB in the NFL is a offensive coordinator

Jerry Rice was an FCS guy

You just never know --- PLus these guys are 17 & 18 and by the time they gel or plateau they are 22-24 ?!?!
