Interesting that us humans came up with drones before aliens.

If a civilization has the capability to travel light years to get here then they also have the capability to gather any information they need from us, or influence events  without flying a bunch of low tech drones around in circles.

Philly and Warren are about 60 miles from the coast.  The Pentagon says we do not know where they are originating from nor going.

Here is the International waters map.  Looking at the scale it appears to be about 150-200 miles or more (depends on low water mark) from the NJ coast.  They have been seen as far inland as PA.

That means a Chinese ship would realistically have to be inside US waters, violating US airspace dozens of times each night for weeks.

If we could confirm that it would be MAJOR news and we would not keep silent about it.

It's aliens bruh

Per Kens link international waters start 12 miles off the coast. Totally possible to launch a bunch of drones over NJ and Philly from there. I am sure the military knows exactly where they are coming from, and I am sure we are doing the same thing.

They would absolutely not be allowed to operate within the EEZ to violate US airspace.

The idea we would allow China to violate US airspace dozens of times a night for weeks on end operating off the Atlantic Coast to do so is insane.

If we knew it was China we would be making a HUGE issue of it.

The US takes their airspace pretty seriously.

If we knew it was China and knew where the ship was, it would be not so kindly escorted away

Ok . Its still not aliens though

It's probably just some dudes from Jersey named Marco and Fat Scotty flying their new drones from Temu.

Nice link Maytard. Good to see your time at cal maritime (which you mentioned on the other board) paid off more than just simply landing you gigs swabbing decks.

Why are you daydreaming about being surrounded by your gay socks on the high seas for months at a time when the market is open? Shouldn't you be doing big time M&A  deals on Wall Street? Keep wheeling and dealing, maybe you'll be able to afford a ticket to an Oakland Roots game, LOL!

I thought you were talking about "Joe Q Redneck"

but even for our military, hitting a small multi-directional reconnaissance drone operating at 200-500 feet is very difficult

and doing so in a populated area would result in collateral damage

@sean327 is this in your wheel house? thoughts?

Killing the drone isn't the problem. That's easily done. It's the literal fallout from the weapon and drone in a populated area that becomes a problem.

Thanks for taking a break from totally owning market, Maytard Rockefeller.

I am pretty busy, since I also posted a link about Meta, that means I'm on the board  there. I bet you know Zuck, I'll tell him about you when he gets back from pan handling on El Camino, just like all you big shots LMAO!
