Not really correct.  Dickies is part of VH corp and their lease was expiring in ft worth.  VH also owns Vans who has leased space in Costa Mesa.  Vans has gone through several restructurings which left a lot of leased space available. The vans lease goes until 2029 IIRC so it made sense to consolidate Dickies into Vans. That’s pretty much the reason. 
 

it remains that the only publicly traded company to move TO California in the past decade is Chipotle from Denver because the new CEO lived in Newport and his cunt wife refused to move to Denver and the board acquiesced. Hopefully Starbucks makes that cunt move to Seattle.

Yeah, and with only 120 employees involved it’s financially negligible. A bit of a PR hit for Fort Worth since Dickies has been around for a hundred years. But they still have Dickies Arena, so there’s that…

It is basically just a PR hit for Texas since Dickies was founded in Texas.
