Okay I’ll admit Josh Allen has developed into a decent NFL starting QB after a rocky start. BUT, any other black QB with that potential would have been shown the door or bench after a start like that.

It’s not that easy man…so many variables.  Team, head coach, OC, owners.  You’re being a little dramatic.  If Allen keeps putting the same numbers up AND wins a Super Bowl over the next 5-7 years he’ll be a HOFer

Allen is an amazing story. No one wants him out of high school or JC ball except Wyoming. Has a decent college career but nothing extraordinary. Gets drafted way higher than most expect. The rest is history.

As a Denver Bronco fan, one of my favorite drunk John Elway GM story is him firing up the charter jet, flying to Laramie, watching Josh Allen look like a bigger version of young John Elway and then deciding to draft Bradley Chubb instead of Josh (despite having prime Von Miller already on the roster.)

They absolutely shit the bed by moving up to draft Paxon Lynch a couple years earlier so they were gun shy. Although Lynch and Allen couldn't be more different from a personality stand point. Josh is a killer and Paxton Lynch made fart noises in the locker room and cried on the sideline when he sucked against the Raiders. Lol.
