Blame lies with SJSU for hiding the fact they had a tranny on the team, firing coaches and ignoring the concerns and complaints of female teamates along with the MWC for enabling them.

He's not. He is a mere All MWC Honorable Mention. There are 18 women in the MW who are better than him. The competition is equal. He enjoys no advantage.

Outside of some locker room issues which can be resolved,  it sounds like many just can't accept transgenderism.

umm...they didn't hide anything, nor did they announce it

right or wrong, the player is eligible under NCAA guidelines

it would have been improper for the coaches, school, or conference to make it an issue

I have never seen a competitive male back down to another male or female.  So I would guess no.  It is ok for all comers to compete with men.  We made women’s athletics a space to showcase their talents and skills.  For women competing with a female body.  Or at least that is my understanding.   Maybe it is more complex than that.  Who knows.  What do you identify as warbow.

So you admit that whether a trans woman can play on a woman's team is based on them not being too dominant. 

Sad that you can't have a conversation on this without accusing people with differing opinions of being anti trans.

I identify myself as a human being. That’s what is wrong with this world now days people identifying themselves as anything other than species. I hate when people identify themselves as a black man, Jewish man, white man, Hispanic man, Asian man, gay man, straight man, transgender… who the hell cares? It just further separates us. Labels! That will be the downfall of MANKIND. 
 

Sports shouldn’t be separated into men’s and women’s sports. You’re either good enough to play on the one team or not. Other professions don’t do this. You now got women referees, general managers, soldiers, doctors, lawyers etc. You now have men’s nurses, massage therapists, homemakers, secretaries etc… You don’t have an Army of only women also. 
 

Now I would have a problem if San Jose St trained a Kangaroo to play on the volleyball team. Anything out of the human species is just wrong.

There sure are a lot of gyrations trying to justify why a man should be allowed to compete in a woman’s sport. After decades of fighting for Title 9 it got tossed into the trash in the blink of an eye. Many of the same voices that fought for it could care less now. Tolerance sure is fickle, or is it just self serving?

Title IX will soon be a thing of the past and abolished. College sports will soon be like the NFL and any other pro sports league where players are paid for their services. Like any other profession, you hire who you want.

We have the research data and it's not debatable. There are tens of thousands if not millions of data points that show why men make more money than women. Men are more likely to be doctors or lawyers or engineers, while women are more likely to take jobs like female doctor or lawyer or engineer.

Sports shouldn’t be separated into men’s and women’s sports. You’re either good enough to play on the one team or not. Other professions don’t do this. There’s a valid reason male and female sports are separate. There are very few females that can compete with males In most sports because they lack the physical strength to do so. That and their safety in contact sports would be a concern. There are exceptions, but they are few and far between. 

This has nothing to do with transgender discrimination. It’s a matter of fair competition and safety.

yes but what are your thoughts on kangaroos being trained and used? think of the boxing titles SJSU could win with a squad of killer roos, for example. but god forbid you oppose that and they call you a transpeciesphobe bigot. god damn liberls.

@Warbow is right...you need to call up your congressman because trained kangaroos competing in sports is the real national scourge we need to worry about.

If fair competition is what you’re after then it shouldn’t matter if you’re a man, women or a transgender male or female competing against each other. If a man’s sucks at basketball then maybe he should play with the women team who are more at his competition level or vice versa? It shouldn’t matter what sex you are if all you’re looking for is fair competition or safety. Explain the separation for tennis, bowling, golf, where you don’t have to be physically superior to compete? Sports is a competition, where the best competes against each other, it makes no sense to me to have watered down leagues just so the competition is even.

One time in junior high during PE we were playing doubles badminton for the week and my buddy and me got paired against a team that only consisted of one girl…her partner was gone…and she swept us in 3 straight sets. I wish Riley Gaines had been around then to save me from the embarrassment. God damn mixed sports!
