Soupslam Posted November 24 Posted November 24 How is everyone doing? Boise State opened this morning with an 83-69 win over a mediocre Hampton team in the Cayman Islands Classic. Play again tomorrow at 11:30 AM
Hashbrowns Posted Tuesday at 12:43 AM Posted Tuesday at 12:43 AM Boise by a missed SDSU free throw. 83-82 over the Jackrabbits. I don’t do FloSports so didn’t watch it. Boise gets Mizzou State (KenPom #153) or Boston College (KP #117) in Championship.
BSUTOP25 Posted Tuesday at 01:31 AM Posted Tuesday at 01:31 AM My wife is a BC grad so will be fun in the BSUTOP25 household if the Eagles beat Missouri State tonight.
BodyBagGame Posted Tuesday at 01:46 AM Posted Tuesday at 01:46 AM I didn't sign up for FloSports, but that Boise game looked like a nail biter. Did watch UConn and Memphis. That game was insane. UConn got hosed by the refs. It was pretty unbelievable. South Dakota State has somehow put together some pretty good teams lately. But Boise better wake up. Pokes play Tulane tomorrow. I thought a hurricane took out Tulane University a few years ago. Guess they just rebuilt? Pokes barely beat Southeastern Louisiana on Friday. Tulane might be a little too much for them. Creighton/SUDS looks interesting. We'll see who Boise plays. Not sure if any MW team can compete with Memphis or UConn, though. San Jose State is a 4.5 underdog against UNC Greensboro tonight. Pretty sure Spartans get spanked. But there is always hope!

They lead 36-27 at the half, but I imagine that's temporary (in more ways than one)...
sjsbuff Posted Tuesday at 03:08 AM Posted Tuesday at 03:08 AM 5 SJSU TO's in last 2:35 has narrowed their lead to only 59-49...
sjsbuff Posted Tuesday at 03:33 AM Posted Tuesday at 03:33 AM SJSU squeaks it out, 71-65. UTEP caused 24 SJSU turnovers... 1
BSUTOP25 Posted Tuesday at 04:00 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:00 AM Boise State vs Boston College tomorrow at 5:30 pm Mountain. Hope the Broncos show up … would be amazing to have two wins over the ACC in the same season.
TopLobo Posted Tuesday at 04:38 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:38 AM We don't play til Thanksgiving. Get a tough Arizona State team in the first round of the Acrisure Classic in Palm Springs, then whoever wins plays the winner of St. Mary's vs. USC. Consolation game after that. All four teams have a combined record of 21-3. It's going to be a bloodbath. 1
Antonio Diego Posted Tuesday at 04:40 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:40 AM It will be a Spartan showdown tomorrow in the Ball Dawgs Classic. SJSU Spartans take on UNC Greensboro Spartans at 8pm Pacific time at Lee's Family Forum in Hendo.
Hashbrowns Posted Tuesday at 04:43 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:43 AM Boise starter Dylan Anderson has only been playing about 13 minutes per game. It’s like he’s out there for the tip and that’s it. Even in this one where Stanley picked up 5 fouls in 13 minutes. Ugbo didn’t see much time either. Boise needs to get much better on defense - particularly inside.

The Broncos Achilles heel at the moment is defense. It’s not nearly as good as the last few years. Still early in the season to get better. Stanley for whatever reason is fouling more so far this year which has limited his playing time. He only played 13 minutes today. This team isn’t playing up to its potential yet. I think we’ll see a big improvement by conference time.
stanfordchef Posted Tuesday at 08:36 AM Posted Tuesday at 08:36 AM Wild Memphis beat UConn. Saw Memphis live last week against USF at the Chase Center. Looked pretty mediocre. But apparently they’re better than I thought. 2

I doubt any of these Schools make the Dance.

Old_SD_Dude Posted Tuesday at 07:56 PM Posted Tuesday at 07:56 PM Aztecs up over Creighton 32-28 at the half. 1
Old_SD_Dude Posted Tuesday at 08:57 PM Posted Tuesday at 08:57 PM Aztecs beat Creighton 71-53. Edit: Sorry didn’t see the game thread. 1

Then they play either #16 Purdue or #55 NC State on Friday. BYU has only played cupcakes so far, so it will be the first look against good competition.
