Yah, when they are little,people  are cool about it.  My daughter is twelve now, and if we are at the zoo or something and she needs to go to the restroom, I obviously take her to the mens room.  I get some strange looks sometimes, but what an I supposed to do?  It is what it is

All his "sausage party" talk makes it seem like he once tried to get lucky in the bathroom with what we thought was a cute girl at the bar and ended up getting mushroom stamped by a trans person. I don't like to go into the bathroom and see women in there and I don't care how long their line is.  I don't really like to see little girls in the men's bathroom, even with their father.  Most places built in the last few decades seem to have a family bathroom or something like that and it is usually just a one person thing outside of the normal men or women choice.  I also am absolutely not in favor of some of the examples posted here in public buildings or ordered from some government zoning requirement.  That is just an unnecessary expense.  Men and women is fine and you don't need to spend 10k a stall to make it something different.

Porta potties suck but that’s always a temporary solution until unisex bathrooms can be installed. I’ve got to believe at some point unisex bathrooms are going to be common. There’s already a lot of them right now. Our grocery store has two of them. Most gas stations are either converted or can be easily converted.

I don't know, I kind of like that SeaTac design even for a men only restroom.

I don't like listening to someone in the next stall grunting, groaning, and smelling up the men's room when I'm also using it. Let him be in his own enclosed private toilet room inside the larger restroom.

At first, I thought this was Republicans trying to throw their weight around, but it does not appear that way.  A quick google search showed that all members of congress have their own private bathroom.  There are also gender neutral bathrooms throughout Capitol Hill.  This person is trying to force his/her way into the gender specific bathrooms.  It is really simple.  If you have a hairy penis, stay out of the women's bathroom.
