It has begun. The era of the Revenge State is upon us.

 

Trump transition team compiling list of current and former U.S. military officers for possible courts-martial

All of the officers were involved in the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, which independent reviews have blamed on both the Trump and Biden administrations.

Courts martial are judged by active duty, am I right? And they have very strict standards for judging. These in wouldn't be political appointees, unless he tramples all over JAG. So it would have to be a violation to be found guilty.

Is that correct? It's not like civilian justice system

It is different. Aside from being judged by a panel of Judges and not a Jury of your peers  for felony and most misdemeanors, I  am not well versed on the differences.

Unit Commanders under Article 15 and 32 offenses, usually minor offenses affecting morale and unit readiness, can mete out financial, restrictive, and rank reductions as punishment.

They don't like it when people outside of the chamber challenge them, so the usual play is just make stuff up. I mean just look at whatever this thread is supposed to be. Nothing but a circle jerk. I also remember trump saying it would be too divisive to go after HRC for destroying evidence, etc. Quite a nice response from the Dems.

I heard a trump attorney say they should go after the political  activist NY DA, judge and Jack smith that conspired in a twisted court case that took Trumps civil rights. 

Now the NBC anchors met with Trump....after 8 yrs of lies.   I could not do that.   Interesting.

I got a poster to send a private message wanting to fight just by pointing out they are not very bright. That message was proof. No further questions your honor. I'll take the warning as an accomplishment for exposing the hypocrisy here.
