I didn’t justify anything. Just correcting your math/reading comprehension error.

You could make the argument that the reason undoc rates are lower is because they are by nature harder to find.

5% of Texas being undocumented is the real issue here. Not a few homicide cases. But neither side wants to realistically fix the situation.
