If there is concrete proof he did anything then fuck that guy, however a literal investigation from a DOJ that was by no means friendly to him or MAGA in general didn't convict him, in fact they did the opposite.

Not a monopoly, and yeah, the government rarely needs to be involved in this stuff.  Fuck, it's now been proven beyond any reasonable argument meta was never a monopoly and certainly is not one now.  TikTok, Bluesky, X.  Tons of competition for users to choose from.  And nothing was ever stopping anybody from jumping back to myspace.
