How do they expect to change the constitution?  Never happening unless they appoint SCOTUS judges like Aileen Canon and I doubt she gets past Lisa Murkowski.

Yeah well Trump and Murkowski hate each other so he has no chance.  Mitch already said the filibuster is not going away.  
 

If the Rep. choose Scott as majority leader I would not be shocked to see Murkowski go Independent.  Who she caucuses with will be interesting.

AMENDMENT XIV

Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. Amendments are only additions to the Constitutions.  So If I'm correct they can be dropped.

Amendments are changes.  Can the Constitution be changed.  Sure there is a process for that change.   Good luck with that process.  They cannot be dropped

Amendments are amendments. It would never get the necessary votes.

Literally any part of the Constitution can be “dropped”.
