Work Trips - WCSboard food advice

My work trips consist of going to Fallon NV and Twentynine Palms CA twice a year. Food options in both places suck donkey balls. I did get to go to the Czech Republic last February for work. The food and beer there was incredible. Best pork I've ever had. Their flagship beer(shout-out to Loboblast) is Pilsner Urquel. It's now in my top 5 best beers I've ever had. I'm looking forward to going back in May.

Prague is one my favorite cities in the world and fresh Pilsner Urquel is next level there. You can find it regularly in the US too.

Update - still waiting to head out. New timeline is week after thanksgiving for Chicago, ?? for New Jersey - new fimed up as pretty much just Newark, not Jersey City (I got my portfolio in Jersey swapped with another guy).
