If they’re going to make a new division, it shouldn’t be initially based upon historical affiliation. For example, why the hell would Vanderbilt be in that division as opposed to a Boise. Because you’re a filthy trucker school full of dummies 1 Quote

Strictly speaking if this situation comes about (and it likely will in some form). I'd bet the farm (I actually don't have a farm but if I did) that Boise would be in way before OSU or WSU (and probably a few others). Quote
InnZoneU Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 Always thought It will end up being something like this model. Two tiers. Promotion & Relegation. FB separate from conference affiliation of other sports. Or something like that. Quote

Am I taking crazy pills? They meant no relegation for the chosen 72. If you start 'in' you'll always be in. Then there are 8 schools out of the 64 each season that get to 'play up'. Only 8 schools can be promoted or relegated in any given season. 1 Quote
SharkTanked Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 You mean the Fiduciary 4 plus USU are lighting money on fire to end up in the same spot in a few years? Quote

Or Navy for God's sakes. I means there are more than a handful of schools that are less deserving than BSU. For obvious reasons to no one associated with Boise. We should explore that. 1 Quote
