Even my ass.

That's 3-2 advantage.

I am certain the difference in B-ball will be greater. The MW has Reno, UNM, and UNLV. The Pac has SUDS, USU,  Boise, and CSU. That right there is a massive difference. The Pacs weakest basketball squad will be Fresno. Yours will be UW, AFA, Sparty, UH, and UTEP.

It can guarantee, the nPac will rack up  overwhelming win totals.

Records by school:

AFA  3-1
UNM  3-2
UNR  1-3
SJSU  1-4
UH  1-4
UW  1-4
UTEP  0-1

CSU 6-0
BSU  5-0
FSU  3-3
WSU  2-2
USU  2-2
SDSU  2-3
OSU  0-4

Ironic that OSU performed the worst of all 15 schools, given that Murthy and Barnes were the biggest driving forces behind the Pac's decision to raid the MWC rather than reverse-merge with it.  Karma is a b*tch.

Going into the season would you have predicted only a 3-2 advantage?  Would any of us?  I think the honest answer is that pretty much everyone was expecting the newPac to enjoy at least a 2-1 advantage.  I know I was.

If you compare just the current MWC, departing vs remaining, it’s 18 to 8. Or departing 69%. Nice

The departing five were also 1-4 against OSU and WSU, whereas (as has been previously pointed out) the remaining seven were 6-2 against OSU and WSU.

From the standpoint of OSU and WSU, that certainly must make them wonder whether they picked the right five.

Today's Pac-12 rumors from the various interwebs:

* Texas State will be the 8th all-sports member. TSU president was seen waving WSU and OSU flags at Gameday in College Station this past Saturday.

* Media contract will be about $14 million per school.

Supposed to be announced sooner than later.

Not terribly enthused with TSU, but at least they are somewhat regional. That number for a media contract would be outstanding.

$14M is laughable but if there's a sucker that wants to pay that much, grab it !!

I know BSU beat both OSU and wsu this year, so I'm not sure where your 1-4 is cooking from

I'm surprised the Aztecs won two of them.

I knew the Pac would win by the equivalent of 7 - 10 points and led the whole game.  It was never close.

Basically this MWC vs PAC pissing match is just spitballing since all us G6 programs have no idea who's coming in or leaving via the portal & the HS recruits might only last one season

This is a redo every stinking year from here on out

My bad, should have been 2-4.  Was looking for one matchup for each school, forgot BSU played both.

Yep the system is F’d and the shoe will drop for most of us in the G5 ranks in 5 to ten years. It’s time to let bygones be bygones and start setting up OOC agreements in football and men’s basketball.

No question.  But, you know, football midgets are compulsive about measuring who's tallest.

It's bruised egos & hur feelings at this point - What might have been had just WOSU joined the MWC or did a full PAC/MWC merger............would have had a decent 14 team conference that was based in the western half of the USA.............in stead both are left scrambling to fill voids that did little to help the bottom line in the major revenue sport of football

About the only clear winner is the PAC has the edge on the MBB side with Gonzaga

But don't you see! Some can claim to have a higher status because of money, irrespective of wins. That's what it's all about, to some. Their broken brains derive security from hierarchy, however contrived.
