What's the final tally this season?

Here you go.

CSU-Diego & Beehive State State have 1st-Yr Coach/Interim HC’s, so we’re cutting them a little slack.

5-Bowl Bound schools - 60% are part of the 12-PACk

SJSU is also bowl-eligible, so 60% of five bowl-bound teams are part of the new-Pac.

How cold I forget 3-4 CSU-José.  My apologies!

I made the edit to reflect the inclusion of CSU-fresNO’s Daddy

Only four of the twelve MW teams finished with overall winning records (Boise State, UNLV, Colorado State and San Jose State). And five will go bowling, those four and Fresno State. Can't wait for the bowl game announcements! 🏈

Make sure the guy tweets when the TV deals for each league are released.

Eyeballs matter, not the results of random games.

In think the PAC will get slightly more than the MWC is now getting - Not that much more and most of that bump will be sent over to the MWC starting in 2026 for the buyout

Not sure the eyeballs will be all that fired up to see a 4-4 OSU play a 2-6 USU -- But who knows

Welcome to G5'dom !!!

There will be a settlement long before 2026, or the judge will rule in the Pac's favor. And the difference in rights fees and difference in future NCAA basketball payouts will pay off the $17m withdrawal fee in 3 or 4 years.

Yeah, winning 2 out of 8 games against "lowly" MWC teams just isn't embarrassing, it's time to pull your head out and face reality.

When you look at the 2nd half to last third of the season, the improvement turnarouds of UNM, Hawaii, Air Force and Wyoming make the MWC better than the future PAC in FB. You heard that right. Nevada lost 6 very close games, and could very easily be 9-3, and SJSU is good. There's not a bad MWC team right now. The only coach that might get poached is Odom, but I'll be surprised if he leaves, yet. The ceiling is much higher for improvement which could leverage himself a better job, later.

OSU and Wazzu are hyped beyond belief.

Sadly the PAC -7 is down to desperately needing the TV numbers to come in, as that's the only justification for the moves made -- If the TV numbers aren't significantly higher than what the MWC gets now, then the PAC-7 +1 Sucker will be bleeding $$$

Their best hope to make up some of the losses in on the BB side with NCAA credits -- But that $$ won't show up for some years the way the NCAA payouts work

This MWC versus nPac pissing match has gotten really old already and there won't even be any facts to back up people's arguments for several months. But let's keep it up, guys. I'm sure we can get to triple-digit pages on this thread.👍

Actually the future MW squads realize it's in their best interests to lose, this lowering their exit fees. Only five MW squads went Bowling. Seven did last year.

Exit fees are based on distributions made during last fiscal year (6/24), not this fiscal year.  The amounts are already known and the conference distributions that would normally go to the departers for this year (6/25) and next year (6/26) will be kept by the league.  The irony is that if Boise goes to the playoff and gets the first round bye the league will receive extra money from the playoff leading to less money the departers have to pony up, whereas if UNLV goes they won't get the bye and only if they win their first game will the league see any money above the set payouts for G6 conferences.
