It's gotten ridiculous how long it takes to move nominations through and it doesn't matter who's in power. We've well and truly lost our way.

That said I very much doubt it will be Harris in the Oval Office. This election will be litigated and decided by the SC.

Yea I’m thinking it’s going to be Trump again too. Hopefully with a slim Dem majority in the House to mitigate things somewhat. But GOP will probably win the Senate, and Alito and Thomas will retire so they can lock in that 6-3 conservative SCOTUS majority until at least my 3rd grader graduates from college.

He's figured out how to use Executive Orders to bypass Congress and a sympathetic SC will support him. He's going to have people like Stephen Miller running things and that man should scare the hell out of people.
