End of thread.  Next week, maybe, plenty of public info will be reported on what was already in the old indictment that doesn't get much direct media play.  Trump will look bad, but what's new about that?  Maybe it turns some indies?

Brief was filed yesterday under seal.  Reports on the timing of when a redacted version will be available on the public docket are pretty much speculation. Hopefully, before a Tuesday in early November.

How twisted the road to justice has become.

Nixon and Watergate was a mess but at least there was confidence in an impartial justice system. It just amazes and depresses me how quickly it all fell to pieces.

I think it's way broader than the courts.  It's a virus in the cells of the body politic.  My good person, it's not all on the wicked right.

It's in the system as a whole, a rot that runs through it. It's in the very DNA itself on all sides. It's just the right that has jumped on with both feet to take advantage of.

Reagan got rid of the fairness doctrine and the right created rush Limbaugh and Fox News. The left has had no choice but to catch up with partisanship.

I haven't read the superceding indictment yet.  Kind of started working on taxes today. So, all I have caught is the talking heads.  I read the original indictment, but damn that was a while back.  Jack Smith is a mensch.  Hope it's enough and not moot via '24 election.
