Technically, you're violating those same rules right now and I'm not doing anything about it, so maybe you're right that there's "selective rule enforcement" that you're benefiting from right now. Hell, you've benefited from that a lot, as you've done and said a lot of things that could have gotten you permanently banned, yet you're still here.
