Like who is he attracting with this carnival act?  Everyone already knew who he was when he lost in 2020 and now the worse version in 2024.  Nobody's mind is changed about him either way.

The "real" margin of error in these polls is very high. If you add the fact they have a difficult time getting a representative sample, I dont have much faith in the polls other than to say which direction popular sentiment is moving.  I also think the "shy voters" are now likely anti abortion restriction viewers who will vote for Harris.
