AG Day.

Since 2011, we wear throw back unis once a year to honor the days we were the Colorado Ag College & Colorado A&M  Aggies.

Back then, our colors were Pumpkin & Alfalfa (Orange & Green}.

The Dept of Ag throws a big BBQ pre-game.  This yr they capped it at 4k guests.

Coach Jay wears something w/orange to many games, wether it’s Ag Day or not.  What color is the word “State” on his hoodie?

We’ll barely beat fresNO’s Wk#2 numbers, in Wk#3, adding ~
,~4k SRO tix.
 

However we can’t do much better than that until we level the New Belgium Porch & close in the North End Zone.  😞

That number for Reno has to be distributed tickets and not actual attendance.  Mackay looked maybe a third full.  It was a Saturday day game with great weather.  Not sure what the problem is.  Reno given up on the program already?

It is whatever is reported in the official stats.

If anyone knows what the problem is, it should be Rebel fans....two seasons of two wins isn't a recipe for filling a stadium. Nevada reports attendance the same way every other school does.

I think the interesting point will be how do the MWC teams compare to the other West Coast teams not in Big 10.  I have often thought their attendance numbers were inflated by the USC’s and Oregon’s of the world.

Yeah, it was a pretty embarrassing showing. Hopefully people start to come back with more wins. 

At this point we need to move the students to the 50 yard line on the east side. No season ticket holders buy in the section most prevalently shown on TV. Moving the students there would energize the stadium, and they've been really consistent over the past few years.

Utah has had 85 straight sell outs going back to 2010. 

Currently we’re getting 52-53k per game.

Yeah.  I excluded the Big 12 schools versus west coast schools for a reason.  BYU I am sure has even more attendance than you all.  Arizona schools might be closer but I had to draw the line somewhere.  So I went with MWC and West Coast non Big 10 schools

I wasn’t sure if you meant true West Coast. 
 

The AZ schools are upper 40’s.

Fresno's problem is capacity and not having funding by the State nor being able to pass a bond measure to upgrade/fix VCS.  Pat Hill was right that they should have increased to 50+ when they had the chance, but scandals and lawsuits have put a dent into that. The real story is SDSU and their numbers with a brand new stadium and still can't crack 30K.
