I’ve done these threads before and since we  have a new board I’ll do one again. I love hearing where people went to college , what their degree is in, and how they have made a career. I’ll start

BBA in Accountancy  and Finance from Boise State University. I’ve spent many years building a career in public accounting. I’ve thought about getting a masters in Taxation from BSU but since I have my CPA license it wouldn’t really help me in my public accounting career. I’ve thought about getting a masters so I can teach adjunct when  I partially and eventually fully retire

Graduated from Chadron State College and played football.  K-6 teaching degree along with a K-12 phys Ed degree.  Also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.  Only need about 12 hours to earn my masters in administration but I cannot make myself finish it because I’m getting a little long in the tooth and don’t have the drive to complete it.  Also, have coached four sports, some all in the same year, throughout my career.

Does that require post-graduate work or is it an open market that you can jump right into?

Fascinating path. Is that how you drew it up or did you wander into it?

BS in Marketing from the University of Arizona.

Used it for 22 years in the auto repair business in sales, service writing, and management for Goodyear and Ford.

When the shit hit the fan in 08 I decided I was tired of having a phone glued to my head for 8-12 hours a day and went to Glendale Community College and received a CCL in Computer Aided Design and have used that for the last 13 years with a small aerospace manufacturing company in Phoenix (still there).
