The term hero is loosely used these days, but that guy was a true hero taking a bullet while sheltering his family. Great to see the family won’t have to worry about finances, but money can’t replace a husband and father.

It always cracks me up the way certain people go after Trump trying to expose him (like we don’t already know Trump), and in doing so prove that they’re just as shitty or worse than he is. With your posting on the other board, you are one of those classless people.

Dude, you need to learn when to shut it off. I hate Trump, but I have news for you. He’s not an 8 headed alien monster of hate. He has the ability to sometimes do good things. Even the worse people in the history of the world weren’t doing bad things every second of their lives. You classless tards need to know when to give it a rest as much as Trump does.

Trump’s campaign started the effort, have organized it to date, and have raised 6.5 of the total 7.5 million raised to date. Trump and his staff have been calling friends to pitch in to the pot, and he obviously knows a lot of people.

I’m sure he made some sort of donation to start it off, but it really doesn’t matter because of their effort and making it actually happen. It’s not like he said he was going to do it to sound nice and then move on. First, he actually did it, and then announced the effort and reported the millions they have brought in so far.

You know what’s really pathetic is you had people shredding Trump for misspelling the guys last name on the fireman’s jacket at the convention. Then they looked really stupid because it was his actual jacket. They can only fit 10 characters on the back, so the guy just took the ‘a’ out out of his last name so it would fit.
