Interesting how the shooting in Round Rock, Tx last week got so little play nationally.

Common occurrence in the USA at this point -- When you leave the house it's like a lottery play on getting caught up in some sort of shooting

Not really lulz. You pointed out 6 incidences in a country with tens of thousands of municipalities and hundreds of millions of people. Sensationalism sells, I guess.

We'll hear thoughts and prayers a lot for the next few days and then they'll be yet another mass shooting in a week or two. Etc., etc. Unfortunately.

And how would you prevent this without infringing on law abiding citizen's Constitutional Right?

The first amendment is being violated in Louisiana, why does the violation of the second matter that much to some?

The 21st amendment ended another amendment.

I'm against the violation of any of the amendments in the Bill of Rights. Unlike many on this board, I don't Cherry Pick the ones I like. It's an all or nothing proposition.

What about the amendments not in the bill of rights?

A repeal of a constitutional amendment is not a violation of an amendment.

No, it's the only response. My rights don't end because of your feelings. The only people who pay the price for gun control are the law abiding.

Then use the process spelled out in the Constitution to repeal the 2nd Amendment instead of trying to shove unconstitutional laws down our throats.

I was merely applauding your adherence to what is the standard response --- The NRA doesn't put those out to be ignored !!

I'm done arguing with people about the 2nd Amendment. From now on my only response to the anti Constitution crowd is... Stack up or shut the phuck up. If you feel that strongly about taking my right, then you should have the balls enough to be the lead man in the stack.

Could be time to amend the 2nd amendment --- If just to update it to modern times and clarify the differences from the 200+ years since it was put in place

Isn’t that literally what I said in this thread I would do when you asked me?
