sin2beta Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 So, with the official launch in less than 10 minutes, I thought I would start a thread for impressions. I will not have full access due to not subscribing to cable and being a Cox subscriber currently living in Oklahoma where it is not offered. However, there is a lot of content. They changed the name of pac-12.org to pac-12.com and gave a full redesign. I am not sure how I like the video section design. It reminds me a lot of the windows 8 or new xbox UI. Just a lot of squares. Kind of painful to look at. However, there does seem to be a lot of content and decent ways to sort things out. Watching the videos so far, It does seem that the pac12 is trying to make a lot of content available to everyone. Especially with carriers backing out of providing the channel everywhere. Overall I will give pretty high marks. After all, it is about the content and not the looks. And so far nothing has been difficult to find. We will see once the number of games pile up. Hopefully the archive is extensive and easy to navigate.
Bison Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 Comcast users will be able to watch PAC-12 Now through Xfinity TV but who knows when that will happen.
