State of the Board

Disclaimer: I do not own or operate this board. I just want to give out my opinion on this board.

I was with this board from pretty much the get go and this board survived some very heated debate between Utah fans and the 11 other schools...more like the Utes versus two or three schools. I also remember spammers nearly ruined this board but this board has been able to stick together and grow.

I have watched this board closely this month to see how this board is doing because it's usually the deadest time of the year for college football or maybe the calm before the storm. I'm very encouraged from what I am seeing these days because I like to compare this board to the MWCBoard which seems to use the same forum software unless I'm mistaken. While we are not as big as the MWCBoard at this point, I still am seeing some good activity on this board.

I'm sure Utah fans can fill me in here about how MWCBoard got pretty popular in the first place. I suspect it has something to do with the Mtn. introducing people to the MWC and that is something that this board can take advantage of when the Pac-12 Networks go live next month. People will be able to rewatch games that they watched and people who didn't watch the other Pac-12 teams can also watch it before posting their opinion about what happened in that game. I haven't told my wife yet but I might just simply unplug my Playstation 3 when the season starts and buy a set top box that could stream live games such as blu-ray players or streaming boxes then plug back the PS3 after basketball season ends. But I might just use my PS3 to watch the Pac-12 Networks.

We will just need to be ready for an invasion of trolls. ;)

Like they say, the third time is the charm...perhaps we can say the same thing about this board being in its third season. B)

I doubt your PS3 willgiveyou accesstothe PAC12 networks. Try one ofthe four cable companies or one that will siign up with the league.

Good luck.
