I'm not a fan of how self-promotional he is and what went down with the Sluka/NIL situation which seems to be all Marion. He doesn't seem like a team-first guy to me.

That would be my preference. I don't think Marion is HC material.

We could've outbid any nPac team and are set up as good or better than all but maybe Boise. But I am a little surprised he picked Purdue and didn't hold out for better. I have more questions than answers about that decision.

It was a fun ride. Wonder if Marion gets offered for HC. He would turn down a better paying OC job for the UNLV HC I think.

I agree UNLV is a good team which is why that was a pretty embarrassing performance for a conf champ game. They didn't look like they belonged on the field and did not play to their potential. Obviously all credit to Boise for a great defensive game plan and execution, but UNLV also did not perform to their normal on offense. It was very similar last season too. Odom is an awesome coach but this is two years in a row that he looks like he doesn't have the team prepared for the Champ game. I am still very pleased with the season and proud of the team. But I think criticism for this game is warranted and fair.
